Eliminar tu cuenta de Ounce y Gram
Ounce y Gram comparten una sola cuenta. Puedes eliminarla tú mismo en cualquier momento.
Desde la app
- Gram: toca tu inicial arriba a la derecha (o ve a gram.getounce.com/cuenta) → Eliminar mi cuenta. Esto elimina tu cuenta en Gram y en Ounce.
- Ounce: abre Cuenta (el ícono de persona) → Eliminar mi cuenta. Si también usas Gram, la app te llevará a Gram para eliminar las dos a la vez.
Si eres el único propietario de un establecimiento en Ounce, primero elimínalo (Cuenta → Ajustes del establecimiento → Cerrar este establecimiento → Eliminar establecimiento), lo que también termina su suscripción.
Sin la app
Escribe a privacy@getounce.com desde el correo de tu cuenta con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta». Verificaremos que la solicitud es tuya, la atenderemos en un máximo de 30 días y te confirmaremos por correo.
Qué se elimina y qué se conserva
- Se elimina: tu acceso (códigos, Google y sesiones), tus membresías en todos los lugares, tus invitaciones pendientes y tus avisos. Las cocinas que tienes como propietario en Gram se eliminan con toda su información.
- Se conserva sin tus datos: los conteos, recepciones y reportes que capturaste en lugares de otras personas, porque forman parte de su historial. Quitamos tu nombre y correo.
- Por obligación legal: los registros de cobro que exijan las leyes fiscales.
- Las copias de seguridad se renuevan en un plazo de hasta 30 días.
Delete your Ounce and Gram account
Ounce and Gram share one account. You can delete it yourself at any time.
In the app
- Gram: tap your initial at the top right (or go to gram.getounce.com/cuenta) → Delete my account. This deletes your account in both Gram and Ounce.
- Ounce: open Account (the person icon) → Delete my account. If you also use Gram, the app sends you to Gram to delete both at once.
If you are the only owner of a venue in Ounce, delete that venue first (Account → Venue settings → Close this venue → Delete venue), which also ends its subscription.
Without the app
Email privacy@getounce.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request is yours, complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your sign-in (codes, Google and sessions), your memberships in every venue, your pending invitations and your notification settings. Kitchens you own in Gram are deleted with all their data.
- Kept without your details: counts, deliveries and reports you entered in other people’s venues, because they are part of those venues’ history. Your name and email are removed.
- Required by law: billing records required by tax law.
- Backups roll over within 30 days.
